The mid-70's Brewer rocker scheme worked wonders...not only for the contemporary single fin downrailer (as shown here) but hulls as well. The apex of the rocker curve was set well forward, and combined with a straight -- but relaxed straight -- tail rocker, it provided a loose but efficient platform.
Today's shapers would do well to reach back to this rocker and utilize it!
Not sure of the vehicle would get a parking ticket when the meter ran out....where would the cop put the citation???
