Mystery VW Vanagon

Arrives at Malibu almost every morning around 4:30 or 5:00 AM...

 
 
Hangs all day, day after day...

Usually leaves around 5 PM

Are they day sleepers? Are they surfers? Do they work at a nearby business? Any idea who it is?

    I know. That's what makes me think it's a day sleeper. They leave every evening, then come back each morning.
