Nat Young , Malibu 1968 on his Keyo roundtail. Below on a Sam type board my guess would be a Gordon Woods 1966.

    The bottom shot is Sam being ridden in Santa Barbara...after Greenough reshaped the fin, but before the WC in San Diego.
